The Cooking and Cocktails Series is back in 2025, and we are kicking things off with a night in Bologna! Attendees will learn to craft a classic Bolognese sauce and homemade ricotta cheese designed to elevate your culinary skills. We’ll finish the class with a refreshing homemade lemon gelato, the perfect palate
cleanser. As part of this demonstration, you’ll also enjoy a guided tasting of Tuscan wines, expertly paired
to complement this iconic ragù.
