Join Chef Marco of ERE Culinary Leadership for the newest addition to our Culinary Catalogue!
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to select and prepare fresh ingredients and accompaniments, make sushi rice the easy way, and master essential rolling techniques.
We’ll kick off the evening with appetizers and sake before each attendee receives their own sushi mat and gets rolling! Chef Marco will guide you step by step as you create your own Tempura Shrimp, California, and Ahi Tuna rolls. Once your creations are complete, the best part begins: sitting back and enjoying them!
Since space is limited for this event, it is open to Members only! The cost is $12 per person.
