Day 1:  1-minute Plank

Day 2: 2 Burpees + 1 minute Plank

Day 3: 3 Jump Squats + 2 Burpees + 1 minute Plank

Day 4: 4 Push-Ups + 3 Jump Squats + 2 Burpees + 1 minute Plank

Day 5: 5 Mountain Climbers (each side) + 4 Push-Ups + 3 Jump Squats + 2 Burpees + 1 minute Plank

Day 6: 6 Lunges (each leg) + 5 Mountain Climbers (each side) + 4 Push-Ups + 3 Jump Squats + 2 Burpees + 1 minute Plank

Day 7: 7 High Knees (each leg) + 6 Lunges (each leg) + 5 Mountain Climbers (each side) + 4 Push-Ups + 3 Jump Squats + 2 Burpees + 1 minute Plank

Day 8:  8 Bicycle Crunches (each side) + 7 High Knees (each leg) + 6 Lunges (each leg) + 5 Mountain Climbers (each side) + 4 Push-Ups + 3 Jump Squats + 2 Burpees + 1 minute Plank

Day 9: 9 Tricep Dips (off a bench or mat) + 8 Bicycle Crunches (each side) + 7 High Knees (each leg) + 6 Lunges (each leg) + 5 Mountain Climbers (each side) + 4 Push-Ups + 3 Jump Squats + 2 Burpees + 1 minute Plank

Day 10: 10 Jumping Jacks + 9 Tricep Dips (off a bench or mat) + 8 Bicycle Crunches (each side) + 7 High Knees (each leg) + 6 Lunges (each leg) + 5 Mountain Climbers (each side) + 4 Push-Ups + 3 Jump Squats + 2 Burpees + 1 minute Plank

Day 11: 11 Russian Twists (each side) + 10 Jumping Jacks + 9 Tricep Dips (off a bench or mat) + 8 Bicycle Crunches (each side) + 7 High Knees (each leg) + 6 Lunges (each leg) + 5 Mountain Climbers (each side) + 4 Push-Ups + 3 Jump Squats + 2 Burpees + 1 minute Plank
